Animal Services

The Village of Clayton is dedicated to helping protect the health, safety and welfare of both people and animals in our community. Our Municipal Code book outlines all of the general provisions regarding animals in the Village, in Chapter 17, which I have uploaded for your viewing through the link below. If you have a complaint, you can call our Chief of Police, Phil Zimmerman, at (217)430-2833, or you can refer to animal control through Adams County, (217)277-2145.
